That’s right — our Turkey campaign has now topped 15,000 supporters.
It is on course sometime this weekend to become LabourStart’s biggest campaign ever.
Please use email, social media, word of mouth, everything to spread the word.

A number of Canadian unions have stories about the demonstrations on their sites and a link to the campaign. Mostly the result of PSI and IndustriALL approaching them I think.
Two mailings went to Canadians on our list late last week. One using my lists and one using the Canadians we can identify (by internet ISP)on the main English list.
There are regular tweets going out on the main English and Canadian English and French Twitter accounts. I have also been messaging Twitter accounts that follow us and which have large numbers of followers and asking them to retweet our appeals. Mostly in English, a few Turkish. Some of the Turkish Twitter accounts in support of the demos are HUGE and so if they do indeed RT our appeals we may start to see some action on the Turkish campaign page.
I’ve been tweeting some the the Turkish accounts with our link – so far without success but I’ll keep trying.
