Should we use ZenDesk?
I admit that I’ve only skimmed this – http://www.zendesk.com/ – but I wonder if it wouldn’t be a way for us to share the workload, and track progress, on all the communciations we receive from our readers. At the moment, these all come in as simple emails to me. These include:
- New submissions – either URLs or attached documents such as press releases
- Requests to become correspondents
- Requests for campaigns
- Complaints and bug reports
- General questions
- Requests for new passwords
- And others I’m not thinking about at the moment
