Village Voice Workers May Strike Friday
WIN's Doug Cunningham interviews Ken Switzer, Village Voice Assistant Editor and chair of the UAW Local 2110 strike committee at the national alternative newsweekly based in New York City. Switzer says at midnight Thursday, June 30, 2005 Village Voice workers may be on strike for the first time in the paper's fifty year history over health care and other issues. Voice workers are appealing for public support should they be forced to strike.
