The Canadian Auto Workers Union has pledged an initial $150,000 for disaster relief to the Red Cross and will continue to monitor for other ways to assist. One of our locals in Windsor - CAW local 444- has pledged an additional $25,000.00. Through our CAW Social Justice Fund we will be linking with longer term rebuilding projects in the months to come.
