{"id":1003,"date":"2010-03-11T13:07:47","date_gmt":"2010-03-11T11:07:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.labourstart.org\/blogs\/?p=1003"},"modified":"2010-03-11T13:08:23","modified_gmt":"2010-03-11T11:08:23","slug":"more-updates-briefly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.labourstart.org\/blogs\/?p=1003","title":{"rendered":"More updates, briefly"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Conference 2010:<\/strong> We&#8217;ve got <a href=\"http:\/\/www.labourstart.org\/register.shtml\">a registration page<\/a> up, not yet for public consumption.\u00a0 We also have written to Labor Notes about purchasing a full page ad in their own conference program book.\u00a0 And we&#8217;re making a special effort to attract women trade unionists to our conference, and to fund travel for women from developing countries to attend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Labour Video of the Year:<\/strong> So far, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.labourstart.org\/cgi-bin\/lvoty\/show_votes.cgi\">over 1,300 votes<\/a> cast in less than two days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TUC campaign in support of Iraqi teachers:<\/strong> We did a mailing to our 5,000 or so UK subscribers.
