As you know, LabourStart has been offline now for more than a week. This has been caused by a major outage at our Internet Service Provider here in the UK.
As a result of this, not only was LabourStart offline, but we received no email. And the more than 50 labour websites which use our Labour NewsWire service were receiving error messages instead of the latest labour news.
Furthermore, some two dozen labour and left websites which we had helped to set up were cut off, as was the email to the organizations.
In other words, it has been a terrible week.
We are now back online and are taking the necessary steps to ensure that this never happens again.
I apologize to all of you and thank you for the many messages of support which did reach us.
